The Doctor Mora Fair 2012 Is Near

Doctor Mora, Gto. Friday, May 25 2012.  Doctor Mora will hold its annual fair from June 9 to June 17, 2012.  There will be events for all tastes and age groups: sports, cultural, crafts, culinary, and artistic.  The cost of entry to the fair is $35 pesos and gives right to the Town's Theater and the mechanical rides.  Within the lineup of artists of the Town´s Theater, the groups which standout are: The Jerez Band, Exterminador, and Trono de Mexico.   Attend and have fun! 

The festivities will begin on June 8 with a dawn, where the candidates to Charcas Queen 2012 will be presented.  The Livestock Expo will begin on June 9, but will be opened on June 11; within the same event, there will be a gastronomic show.  The Crafts Expo will be held from June 14 to June 16. 

In the sports area, there will be a charreada on June 17.   The teams which will compete are: Huichapan, Hidalgo, Rancho El Pitayo-Jaralito, Queretaro, and the Charro Association of Doctor Mora.  Also, the Escaramuza "The Jewel" from Doctor Mora will perform. In addition, there will be soccer, racquetball and kickboxing exhibitions.
