Professor Alberto Loyola, Chronicler of the City

San Luis de la Paz, Gto. Thursday, April 26, 2012. In 2006, Professor Alberto Antonio Loyola Perez was appointed as Life Chronicler of the City. Since then, he has dedicated to the study and dissemination of the history of San Luis de la Paz. In his fruitful life, he was one of the organizers of the celebration of the fourth centenary of the foundation of San Luis in 1952, from where the beautiful hymn to our land was born. Similarly, he was a founding member of the PAN party in San Luis de la Paz and a leading journalist at the national level.
Alberto Antonio Loyola Perez was born in Mexico City in 1929. He is a journalist graduated from the Carlos Septien Garcia School, which replaced the Journalist School of the Mexican Catholic Action, created for the education of Catholic journalists. After the death of its founder - Carlos Septien Garcia - its name was adopted.
He founded “Art and journalism”, focusing his action as consultant in communications and public relations. In journalism, he managed to penetrate his information in 180 newspapers in the capital of Mexico and the other states. For this, he hired distinguished characters specialized in politics, finance, sports, and other subjects.
Alberto came back to San Luis de la Paz nine years ago. In 2006, he was appointed as Life Chronicler of the City. Besides, his work as historian, he is interested in promoting the cooperatives, inspired by the Jesuit work groups; who can be considered the pioneers of the existing global cooperative.
